Springbank is a new build bungalow on a slightly elevated position, nestling into the back of Achamore Gardens and with breathtaking westerly sea views to the Isle of Islay. A memorable experience may be to stroll in the peaceful gardens with only the sound of the twittering birds before breakfast.

There are 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, all with en suite, television, wireless connection and a hospitality tray. The lounge has a wood burning stove and a picture window taking advantage of the stunning view. The traditional Scottish Breakfast will be served in the dining room or on the patio if requested again taking advantage of the panoramic situation. You will enjoy Kenny's freshly baked bread and maybe even gather the free range eggs! A memorable experience before breakfast may be a stroll in the peaceful gardens with only the sound of the singing birds.

Kenny and Betty feel very fortunate to live and work in such a stunning location and their main aim with this new venture is to endeavour to make your stay so welcoming, comfortable and relaxed that you feel you have to drag yourself back to reality and long for the day you return!

The Gigha Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the house where bar suppers and dinners are served throughout the year and The Boathouse Bistro serves a nice range of meals in it's quaint surroundings from April to September.
We will when possible accommodate guests who wish lifts, if required, either from the frequent ferry service or for the evening meal.

It is with regret that we cannot accommodate pets and there is a no smoking policy in the house.
