We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Person to work with the Trust maintenance team.
This is a full time post.
£16,500 per annum. Details of duties can be obtained from the Trust Offices.

From April to September 2017 inclusive
2 to 4 Hours per day- as required to meet the visitor activity at the moorings/pontoons
Responsibilities/Duties to include but not limited to:
Meeting and greeting Marine Visitors
Safely assisting in placing and tying up Yachts/Ribs etc at Walk Pontoons/Catwalk Directing craft to Moorings/ Anchorages
Ensuring the Catwalk, Pontoons and associated areas are serviced, clean and safe Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required
Use of RIB/Boat with Outboard and Hand Held VHF Radio
Monitoring and collecting Mooring/Tying up fees
Liaising with other collection facilities and the IGHT Office to maximise incomes
Cash Handling, recording and reporting on collections
A friendly disposition and good customer care skills
Local knowledge both historical and current
Confidence in safely manning a small RIB/Boat with outboard
A basic understanding of Health and Safety in a Marine Environment
Confidence in cash handling and accuracy in paperwork
Flexibility in work tasks and hours worked
