Rainform Restoration Project Scoping Event - 25th February

Community scoping event on potential new funding for the Rainforest Restoration Project. Details to follow.

Our Island Craft Session – Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th March 

Saturday session is for adutls and will run from 11am-4pm with a light lunch included.

Sunday session is for young ones and will run from 11am-2pm with a light lunch included.

The sessions will take place at the Village Hall and involve printing and crafting, and participants will take home a canvas bag with their print.

Reiki First Degree Course – Saturday 11th March

Why not join us on the lovely Isle of Gigha for a day of connecting with energy. Anyone can learn Reiki you just need to bring an open mind.
When you learn Reiki you will find that this brings a sense of peace, and contentment helping you to feel more positive and better able to cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life.. Self care for yourself everyday. Study packs will be sent out when booking. Contact Morven at Gigha's Natural Skincare to secure your booking.

Gigha Day – Wednesday 15th March

Flag raising ceremony at 1pm outside the Craft Units.

Quiz night – Saturday 25th March

A night of Trivia in aid of the Sound of Gigha festival. Takes place at 7:00pm on Saturday 25th March in the Village Hall.
Max teams of 4 people (kids aged under 12 don’t count towards the total group number). £20 entry per team and will include a light meal served at the interval. There will be no bar so please feel free to BYOB. Prizes for winners and Runner Up.
Raffle tickets will also be on sale in the shop and on the night in the Hall. Raffle prizes will be gratefully received at the shop beforehand or brought on the night.

Easter Treasure Hunt - Saturday 8th April 

A walking route from the ferry to the Village Hall from 10am-1pm. Entry sheets are available to buy from the Campsite. Follow the clues, find the answers and collect treasure. Food and drink will be served in the Village Hall from 12-3pm.

Community Threads - Sunday 22nd October

Afternoon tea and yarn crafts. Make your own yarn ornament and help create memory bunting. Open to everyone and no booking required.
